Very disappointing. The map feature is worthless. Information not up to date. Pretty much useless. I ended up using the Trip Advisor free app.
Very Nice Application
I was very excited to find this app as I was heading to Barcelona the next day as was planning on relying on it to get around. The map is terrible! It doesn't have all the street names and you can't view everything at once having to zoom in and out for certain labels. The information on the sites is also subpar. It does have a bunch of restaurants and such but that was not what I needed. Definitely not worth $5.99! If you have never traveled at all in your life then maybe some of the information and tips are beneficial but it's mainly just obvious common knowledge. Waste of my money.
Stuck in Barcelona right now with this shallow of shallowest guide: useless maps without street names, 10 lines of info per topic... True regret
I good way to get to know the city. Works offline.
Do yourself a favor and click cancel right now. No search, no location services. Not even a metro map! I just got back from Barcelona and I found this App to be totally worthless. The App from Time Out is a MILLION times better.
This is a badly designed replacement for a book. It's often extremely awkward to navigate. For example, sections on neighborhoods might mention that there are a bunch of restaraunts. Then I'd like to see a list. No luck. For that, launch the map and scroll around and try to hit the various markers to see what they are. Good if you're desperate to eat at the moment, but poor for planning. I'd much rather have had a book. Much easier to use.
