Why?
When I try to check in it sends me to safari and tells me to download the Ballpark app where I just was.
Great
I paid for parking as well as game tickets. I see the game tickets but the app doesn’t show me the QRCode for the parking
Can’t find my tickets
Often unable to access and transfer purchased tickets for home and away games. Little said about how long such processing should take. Too much clutter on the app obscures ticket procedures. The virtual “Ticket Assistant” is a cruel joke. You should be able to access what you paid for when you pay for it.
Tired of all the aps and passwords. Ticketmaster, MLB Ballpark, white Sox…..not worth the aggravation!!!! Just give me 2 physical tickets. I know, I’m old.
