Every time I use this app, it is horrendous. One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen developed. I’m trying to have additional tickets sent to me and I have tried it numerous times. Very frustrating.
i spend 55 min to get out of the 4 level parking it's that's can not happened for 20 dollars parking
Go back to paper tickets
It’s annoying to have to use an app once you already bought the tix. I use this app frequently but every time I purchase new tickets I always have to verify my address w a two step verification reset my password update the app., etc. Luckily, I know better to check to make sure the tix were delivered before I go into the game or I’d be fumbling on my phone at the gate for ten minutes just to have access to something I purchased.
I was told to give screenshots of tickets to my guests but when I attempt it your app complains that I am break v some rule. Please figure it out. You are making the ballpark experience worse.

Tired of all the aps and passwords. Ticketmaster, MLB Ballpark, white Sox…..not worth the aggravation!!!! Just give me 2 physical tickets. I know, I’m old.
