I have never experienced any issues like I have this morning and I am incredibly upset and disappointed. I was waiting to join a queue for the Jonas Brothers and when I went to join it said that I was restricted and I couldn’t get in because I was a “bot.” I had to jump through hoops (while at work) to verify who I was and in my opinion lost out on seats I had a shot at getting. Very upset and disappointed

Easy straight forward no hiding fees.

Keeps giving me and my friend an alert saying I’m suspected of being a bot. Guess we can’t try to get Jonas brothers burning up again tickets.<br/><br/>It’s impossible to use. Every time I’ve tried I get asked to verify my number as soon as it’s time to enter the queue or get on line so naturally I end up at the back of the line and never get any tickets. I’ve verified my phone number and been logged in and it still does this. If the concert is on Ticketmaster it’s not happening for us :/

I got an error message while trying to buy tickets saying there was suspicious activity. I followed the instructions it told me including switching from WiFi to cell data, using a different browser and turning off private relay. Doing so got my account completely blocked from browsing. I called support and waited on hold for 30 minutes for the guy to tell me to re-do all the things I’d previously tried. Nothing worked. Eventually it triggered an ID check which I completed while I was loading that, he ended the call. However once it finished I was still locked out of my account additionally the support agent told me I needed to feeler my app to do all that in browser. Now I’ve redownloaded the app and can’t log in because my account is blocked

Ticketmaster takes two big of a cut for what they do which cost them almost nothing. I wish Ticketmaster did not exist.
