They have made it so difficult to buy tickets in the hopes of preventing bots that now only bots can buy tickets. Thanks for ruining music!
Painful process - times out
Whoever has anything to do with designing this website or promoting this business ought to be fired, and that means the vice president or whoever sits in the plus chair and pulls in the biggest salary. Utter incompetence and the most user-friendly experience I have ever had on the Internet.
