The application won’t load properly and it’s taking me three hours to make two hotel room reservations

If you care about first class service, this is your hotel. Nothing consistently compares for the price.

I had already booked my room and something told me to check and then it said my room was no longer available. This would have been a problem come Friday for checking so not sure why I wasn’t notified

We going to stay here one more time, last stay was a nightmare with the manager re -room renovated.

Difficulty booking reservations on line after updating credit card information

The group discount code did not function. I received multiple errors while attempting to reserve the room. I called customer service and they were unable to view and or apply the discount code, book me at a rate that was comparable to that on the actual app; in fact they wanted to charge me $20 more per night and they were unable to resolve my issues. I can state that I’ve never had this issue with Hilton before and I do believe you have to improve your operational and technological processes.
