Schiphol Hyatt the best! Near airport, awesome stay.
With all of the 5 star reviews I must be missing something. I was a globalist with Hyatt but when I’m traveling and need to book on the fly I need an app that works. This app will try your patience as you wait for it to open so I switched to Hilton because of the app speed and hit lifetime Diamond so I thought I’d try Hyatt again and the app is still terrible
Why this app doesn’t let you use Apple Pay ?
what kind of app forces you to download an update when you need to use it most and not let you use it without the update? the developer needs to be fired! Also, why can’t i add a stay with a reservation number, why does it direct me to a website to find my stay and not add it to the app? clearly this app was designed by an idiot. Marriott and Hilton have far more user friendly and intelligent apps
I put on my last name and email and password but the sign in button stays greyed out so cannot login. Very frustrating.
I love my lil duck off hotel it’s so peaceful and quite I can’t wait until they upgrade there rooms to a more up to date everything
The group discount code did not function. I received multiple errors while attempting to reserve the room. I called customer service and they were unable to view and or apply the discount code, book me at a rate that was comparable to that on the actual app; in fact they wanted to charge me $20 more per night and they were unable to resolve my issues. I can state that I’ve never had this issue with Hilton before and I do believe you have to improve your operational and technological processes.
