Stop & Shop

New mom here, to my second. Being able to place an order and pickup my groceries is such a godsend! And everyone delivering is so friendly and the items they pick are great.

This latest update is not inclusive of all customers. Please make it user friendly for all. Very disappointing to not have proper access for points especially with grocery and gas prices so out of control. These Go Points help so much and need to be accessed by everyone who wants to use them and who need that help in today’s economy.

App never works and can not clip coupons

Hate it hate it not helpful for older shoppers going to visit other stores with simpler websites

I can’t load the new app on my older phone. If I can’t see weekly flyer and load coupons, I guess I will shop elsewhere.

Will not be stopping at stop and shop anymore. Because I cannot update the app that is unfair and ridiculous.

The app always freezes when I’m scrolling recent orders to refill my past purchases. After you scroll down for a while it freezes. Then every time you update your cart you have to re-enter your tip so if you don’t realize it your tip erases and the driver won’t get a tip.

Easier access to the shopping list from any screen in the app. Add Qty option for items in shopping list. Allow sort option selected in shopping list to stick between app sessions. Have a look at Publix app for a well designed app.
