8 of 25I love the stop and shop app, easy to use. I let my points accumulate to $20 and I use my points for detergent or things I wouldn’t normally afford, I save it for that. I tell everyone to get the app. The only thing I wish for if I didn’t have my phone I can transfer my points in store, I lost $7 because my phone broke.
Terrible a lot of people can’t update and are loosing points fix this

I always have used my IPad to look at the weekly Stop n Shop ad. I can’t get the updated version unless I get a new iPad (it’s an older version but I’m buying a new one just to get this ad) Very disappointed. I have no problem with Shaws!
Website hasn’t been able to display the weekly ad for two months now
The only help you can reach is waiting on a call center in Boston, they have a clanker operating the chat and it is simply a bad portal to normally great customer service from the Stop & Shop brand
It’s too complicated on getting the sales coupons, you find the item you want then you cannot get the item have to ask a sale clerk and they don’t know how to yours it neither
Can not access the update and won’t let me access the app. Seniors can not buy new phones or iPads just to access groceries!
