TD Bank

I’ve been banking with td for years and have always found the app to be convenient and satisfactory. But I’m actually here just to comment on the mobile deposit feature. Since I’ve begun using it I’ve watched it develop from a useful feature with some room for improvement, to a way more streamlined feature which actually incorporates suggestions I made myself when prompted by some td request for comment or something. Which I find rather charming, actually!

Worst app and bank I have ever used there’s times I want to unlock my card and it won’t allow me to do so declining purchases. I traveled to Puerto Rico even even notified them and they still locked my account I was stranded in Puerto Rico with no money

Why won’t my IPad update to the required TD update?

TD Bank with the new upgrade and the lack of professionalism blocking people from getting to their personal information on your platform terrible job you need to stop upgrading and leave it alone now I’m blocked out of my services on online account, IWill be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau

I have been A TD Bank customer for more than 10 years. When you updated your app, my phone can no longer download the update so I don’t have access to the features that I had agreed to when I signed up. I do not have the finances to purchase a new phone and your app requires a 17.0 or higher. Now I can no longer deposit checks online or print out my statements.
