I agree with the many other reviewers who are saying that the app was very good, but now ca not be accessed by those with an older model phone. The app itself is great. I have to use my iPad now and be in my home with WiFi to get the app.
Hello! Customers with OLDER phones NEED bank balance info TOO. I find it outrageous that td bank only focuses on customers with NEW devices. iPhone does NOT provide latest iOS updates to all its customers. Only people with $1,700 new iphones. That said, Td Bank should offer APP SUPPORT to CUSTOMERS WITH OLDER VERSION iOS. 16 etc. OUR account information is equally important and our business is worthy of meaningful tech support.

I had td for around 2 years as a secondary account. One day i noticed my td was weird and a large deposit was made, I called , reported the issue and please request a new card to continue using my account. In the td location they gave me an answer where everything was already done and solved . Out of nowhere they closed my account, I had money there and it has been a month and every time I cal I have a different answer with different excuses. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my money back . Communication in this bank is horrendous
This app has been giving so much trouble. It is down most of the times. Not reliable anymore.
I will always recognize TD Bank to the world
TD Bank's app has always been good, and every time there's an update, it gets even better. It's extremely user-friendly, super fast to use, and the most convenient app on my phone. The vast majority of negative, one-star comments relate to the app not being supported by old phones. Take that up with Apple, guys, it has nothing to do with TD Bank. You can't expect a 7 year old phone to support a current app; there are very good security reasons for that. I'm running several versions behind the current iPhone and have no issues at all. Buy a refurbished phone if you can't afford a brand new one. Believe me, you don't want to be using an older phone with old software for your banking needs anyway. This is a five-star app!
