8 of 15I finally spent enough money to get reward on this app, but when I went to use it, it was not there. It is still not there. I Contacted through their Customer Service and all they are offering to do is help me update the app and password. That’s not what I need, I need the reward back that they removed from my account. It does not expire until October of this year.
Why are all of my rewards missing? I made a trip to the mall to grab my free pretzel, got to the counter and the app is saying my reward information is not available. This is beyond annoying!
Order should have had a free pretzel and a $1 peach drink (ordered both of these specifically because of promotions) and at checkout discounts would not apply so I deleted the app and got something else
Pretzels are always hard and dried out need to do better with the price you charge nd people work hard to earn there money
They have excellent service.
