I have three Nest devices- thermostat won’t work on this app, and Nest cam which won’t work on the Nest app, and doorbell which works on both. The only reason for brand loyalty was to simplify and have one app, but Google can’t get their sh* together and I have to have two apps. Should have just bought a cheaper and better rated cam since I have to use a separate app anyway for just one device.

I’m not sure what is going on with this app. However, I’m receiving notifications. My doorbell video is immediately deleting with hours after the activity has been recorded. It is showing that I have no previous history. It is so disappointing. I’m so disappointed in this app!!

So the only 2 problems I have is with my Roku tv when I can clearly see that it’s off but in the app it says it’s on and I wish there is a toggle to turn off the the local stuff so I don’t have access to other people’s stuff

Why don’t you work with alexa, smart home, etc and see all my devices. Google Home not having a comprehensive list and picking and choosing devices is too complicated and confusing. Your app should be smart enough to add everything automatically by default.

Every time I try to connect it, it keeps sending me back to the region page, which keeps happening again and again,. please fix this issue immediately as soon as possible. Thanks

one of the last updates does not let you do your already setup shortcuts for multiple things to be turned on/off from the widget anymore. now, the widget will open the app and then you have to click it. seems like a small issue, but it completely defeats the purpose of a widget… it worked before so don’t really know why this change was necessary

I get the following error when trying to view the video history of one camera: “couldn't play video something went wrong try again”<br/><br/>I can view the history on the web, so it’s an app issue.
