Why are all the ratings so bad? My Apple ID works normally, and the app is just too perfect! Why so many complaints?<br/><br/>devs and users that want to learn can use this app (: it does not matter how the app looks either! the app looks great like I said.
The camera for id verification never focus when the id is very close to the camera
Apple literally failed to auto-renew our $99/year account for an app that is making them hundreds per day, ripped the app from the App Store without warning, and their purchase flow is completely broken in this app preventing renewal.
There’s a major issue with verifying an ID in the developer app program enrollment. The camera UI gets out of focus, making my ID appear blurred. It doesn’t automatically focus, which makes it difficult to capture and submit a clear picture of my ID. The passport section is clear, but I need to check the ID camera as soon as possible.
This is incredibly annoying, especially from an act developed by Apple for developers
Camera doesn’t focus on ID so you have to move the phone further back, at which point the ID is not in the frame anymore and the app complains that the ID is not legible. Really frustrating experience
