They make it impossible to report missing items to support on purpose. It keeps timing me out despite multiple attempts.
Update: was contacted by the developer and told to contact bk support which I said in my first post that customer service did nothing. Their main support is Ai and if it can’t help you then it will have an actual human being contact you by email sometime. Of course they don’t want to fix this glitch cause they’re able to make a little extra from their customers. Watch carefully when you go through the options on the app. About a month ago the app started charging you for things that should come with the order. For example if you order French toast they charge you 50 cents. If you uncheck the box the receipt tells the employees that you don’t want it. I checked their kiosks and the same item doesn’t have the extra charge. Tried contacting customer service and they don’t seem to care about it.
Just imagine how much business you lose because your website and app are so frustrating to use.
Burger
You can’t even redeem the app’s Welcome Offer in a restaurant. What are we doing folks? Some people live and work next to your locations. Shouldn’t have to spend five minutes placing an online order on this contrived app. UPDATE: Downgrading to one star after following useless link provided by developer. This Burger King app really does not want you to order from actual Burger King employees at the register.
