Every time I try to log in or make an account it says duplicate and I can’t use the support it’s broken, can’t even order

Easy to use app and great service

Have used your site several times and sometimes given up because I can’t get it to work the way I want there’s gotta be ways to simplify it. One suggestion. Let us pick what we want on it not say this is normal and Add or take off what you want that gets rather confusing

I tried to get help ordering from the app in the store and nobody could help including the manager who said she didn’t know how to use the app. She tried to work it on my phone and said she doesn’t know. Maybe training your team to help us older customers with trying to use this unworkable app!

I have been a huge fan of Burger King for many years and I order from there almost every week especially on Wednesday for their cheaper menu. I’m saddened to write that this app has made me lose my love for Burger King. I placed an order through this app and it gave me a wait time of 54 minutes, when I tried to cancel it told me I would have to wait for someone to reach out, which they did… 2 days later. My food arrived cold and soggy and I was very upset. A few days ago I placed another order for my brother, it said 45 minutes as a wait time. He waited an hour and then his order was canceled. Burger King said they would refund me and give me my money back which they did with Burger King rewards. I do not want to make another purchase at Burger King anymore due to this and i was hoping to use my money towards something else. Once I spend my “rewards” I will be deleting this app and not looking back. I’m very disappointed.

This Burger King app and the website have persistent technical issues. I can’t create an account or login. There is always an error message. This is a problem that others have also found years before on forums like Reddit but it was never resolved. Please fix this issue, otherwise customers can’t use the loyalty feature.
