Receipt scan is bad
You have to retake the photos if your receipts 100 times each because they can’t program it correctly to capture. It’s not worth the frustration.
Time & time again I add items to my list, my account is linked, I shop and NOTHING, even when I’ve double checked in store. Plus with linked accounts if it doesn’t recognize your shopping trip, you can’t even add a paper receipt. Plus you can’t cash out until you hit $20 and I keep buying things to try to reach $20 and items don’t register. I have tried going through the Help page time and time again and nothing. It’s the most frustrating cash app I’ve ever used. I never write bad reviews, but my frustration has met it’s limit.

NBY TOLD ME IF I DONT USE THE APP (WHICH I COULDNT SINCE I HAVENT DID ANY GROCERY RUN THAT HAD THE NEEDED ITEMS)THAT YOU GUYS WOULD TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY!!
Please bring back Piggly Wiggly. It is extremely frustrating to keep getting emails saying you can’t process my receipt when you’re the one who took them off the list of participating stores.
