Amazing, but...

by Yesh100 · January 7, 2016

It's an amazing app for coding just that since I have blocked the apps that are for 17+ I can't access it I would really appreciate it if you could change the age to 12+ it's not like you would use it for unrestricted web access Thanks

Wonderful Integration with iCloud

by Mike with Red Ray-Bans · November 5, 2015

I originally bought Textastic for my MacBook Air, because it could store my Python code in iCloud. After I bought the iPhone version, I was pleased to see all my code available on my iPhone 5s. On both platforms, the app has a wide variety of beautiful code coloring schemes.

All my web sites in my pocket

Perfect for quick web site changes on the go. The details make a great app, and this developer has thought them through. Touch ID security? Check! Programmer punctuation on the keyboard? Check! Local and remote previewing if your code? Check! One quibble: I wish the code display didn't waste about 2 characters of "side margin." Space is tight on a phone, and empty margins aren't useful.

Best text editor for iOS

by Amscrae · December 4, 2015

Put simply, this is about as close as you can get to Sublime Text editor for your iOS device. Supports a bunch of languages, supports Markdown, integrates with Dropbox. Pretty darn near perfect. The only feature I wish it had was Github integration. But that is, of course, a whole new can of worms. Fantastic application. Reasonably priced, essential and must-have.

Worth the money!

The best iPhone code editor available!

Great text editor!

While I've only just started using it, I'm very impressed with how easy this text editor is to use and the wealth of features it has. If you wanna code on your phone this is the way to go.

This app is the best one out there. It supports html, js, and css which no other app does. 10 out of 10

Brilliant keyboard, FTP, and absolutely beautiful

by MrKlempae · January 28, 2016

This app is just the best. Between this and Prompt 2 I've managed to do the entirety of both of my computer science courses (C and HTML focused) with only my phone. This keyboard... it's like no other. Everything you need is there where you can see it but the keyboard isn't crowded at all. It also doesn't take up the entire screen like many programming-focused keyboards have to in order to have important keys available. It's amazing how much of a difference this makes. It's the best I've ever used, and with it I can code nearly as quickly as I can with my computer. The FTP ability is great. I didn't really expect much from it -- the ability to upload files and maybe download them from a specific directory. What this app lets you do is upload, update, download and manage entire systems of files without any trouble at all. Once you've uploaded a file once it's just one tap to update it. It's so much better than the command line navigation in PuTTY. And it's so small! I'm amazed by how much this app can do while taking up so little space. It's fast, it's reliable, it's intuitive, it's unique, and it's absolutely beautiful. Like, this is one of the most aesthetically appealing apps I've ever seen. Its refreshing to open it and get working on projects. Overall I wouldn't change a thing. I can't recommend this app enough
