8 of 15When using the app, if I change between profiles, the continue watching continuously only reflects the first profile. So I have to search my shows every time I try using the app. I love watching prime and all the subscribed channels but something isn’t working properly via the app.
It's a little ridiculous that when you're simply trying to remember where you left off in a show, skipping around causes ads to play pretty much every time you decide to move to a different point in the episode. I shouldn't have to watch an ad, remember that I'm a few minutes ahead in the show because of an error, and then when I move two minutes ahead be subject to even more ads. I wish the system would realize that I literally just watched advertisements instead of being so greedy.
The forced AI slop search is horrible, it’s not helpful and doesn’t let me find the movie I want.
A 'Favorites' page is very much needed so I can put all the channels I watch in one place. I would like to be able to see information about a live program before tuning to it, an 'Info' button would be helpful. The info should provide the airdate of all television shows and the release date for all movies. For TV and film enthusiast this is a must have.
New “AIsearch” makes the app unusable. I cannot manage my subscriptions or properly look up anything through the app interface. Terrible.
To many ads
OK. Not really a great selection if you’re like me and have seen most good movies and do not like TV.
They put so much adds in the app you’re pretty much forced to upgrade to premium services. 3 min long adds for a 30 mins episode. All of this is getting out of hand.
