You used to be able to cancel orders now when you try they say oh its being prepared to ship so we wont cancel it. So many of my items are coming in destroyed or broken and you have to fight to return they are quick to take your money but expect you to wait. Today i received one of my 2 year olds birthday gifts and it was not was the Description said also paid more than the price tag that was on itBe careful who you order from because you have people going to store buying it been charging you 10 times more for the items

Amazon’s search results have gotten less and less relevant over time. I wanted to buy a Church toilet seat…simple right? When I enter that search I get results for mostly NON-Church toilet seats (the word “church” entirely absent from their listings) with a few Church toilet seats sprinkled here and there as I scroll down. I shouldn’t have to use the filter function to get relevant search results. Stop making it hard for customers to find what we’re looking for so you can push your preferred sellers’ manufacturers’ products Amazon.

Frequently the app just shows a white screen suddenly and you have to navigate again to the product.

Was probably my most used app but lately it freezes like crazy and forces close. I’m just going to uninstall and use the site. I can’t use it for more than 15 minutes without issues. 😡🤬🤯

They took all my reviews away over a simple mistake that could be fixed 🙁Amazon dosent care how their customers feel this really made me sad

Considering life in a top-floor apartment I am glad that they still deliver at my doorstep the majority of the time and get notified when it is arriving a bit late or earlier.

THEIR SERVICE IS VERY SLOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO ON SHEIN ITS FASTER
