Best storage app ever..
With slow motion
Every time I change or upgrade my phone it takes months to download video’s and photos. I’ll watch and wait until it’s done then next time I log on I’ll have another 450 to download.
The app doesn’t recognize landscape mode after the latest update. Sometimes closing out the app and re launching it helps
I had this app for years, similar to other reviewers. Was going well until, I relied on their customer support. When I asked why there isn’t a wait to delete the “date” option that time stamps all videos and pics? In response I got a snarky reply, “ Why would you want to do that?” Does it matter?? Why isn’t there an option for a simple request. Definitely going with another developer.
I have emailed for help countless times with ZERO response! Lost all my files!!
