Why don’t any of the reviews pop up? You click on the reviews of items and you get a blank page.

I can’t update my Kohls app

It is infuriating to shop with this app. It constantly glitches. When I’m in the store for a pick up, it takes forever (and several closing out the app and reopening it) to get the location of my order. At home, it brings me to a blank screen when I want to read reviews. When I add things to my bag and am still working on making decisions, it automatically empties my bag without saving it for later. Today, I am trying to speak with a representative on chat box, but am going in circles with the same questions: do you want to speak to an associate? first name? last name? email? order number? Round and round I went. I finally went to research on the app was down and I don’t see any updates. Come on!!

Click and buy, the searching was easy on the app and I found some really good deals!

I ordered teethers for my grandson and only one came on time, I had to wait a few days for the second teether. So when it was ready for pick up, they only gave me 3 days to pick it up, but then they cancelled my order when I couldn’t get there in time. 😢

Your latest update requires iOS 18 or later. My iPhone 8 cannot update beyond iOS 16. You’ve rendered the app I’ve been using for years as now useless. Don’t tell me I need to buy a new phone. Any work around? Another version for us frugal shoppers who don’t need the latest phone?
