I have been with 5/3 for several decades. The two most recent versions of the mobile app are missing critical information. First, I cannot find my credit card payment due date anywhere. Secondly, I just made a payment to my credit card on the mobile app, and I was not provided a confirmation number. I was told a payment was scheduled, even though I wanted the payment effective for today. Lastly, there is no evidence of this most recent payment, so I don't know if it processed or not. Please revise the app to include this missing information where it is available and obvious. Thank you!
The last mortgage update really sucked. I use to pay extra every month. It was really simple , now it is too complicate to do so.
They interrupted my call, saying they had to evacuate the building—this was after spending an hour and three minutes reviewing my account regarding transactions I hadn't made and wanted to dispute. It came as a shock, and I don't know if it was true.
