Convenient app with excellent features!

New to PF. Figuring out the app is infuriating. There should be a search button on the home page that actually links you to all information about each piece of equipment. I can find no operator manuals for anything I have used to date. Also, all equipment locations should be able to be found without walking down the entire facility. <br/><br/>I have never seen the real time crowd meter over 1. Yet, if you look at the history it shows full scale for every day. Perhaps infuriating is too strong of a word. Non intuitive may be a better description.

Very clean gym!

I’ve been coming here for years now and I’ve never had any issues or problems with anything here. Everything’s always on and working, that I can remember anyways. I’m pretty sure the same woman has been working here since I started coming here too. I’ve never had any issues issue with anything, an employee or a member either. It’s quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly. I love this PF location. ❤️💕

July 8 2026, iphone 17 Pro, app won’t open. Spinning wheel. Also all the reviews talking about their experience in a particular PF are ridiculous. This is where the APP is reviewed. Yall cluttering up the place

I don’t appreciate how I haven’t had this app or a membership for 2 months yet and I’m already being charged a yearly fee, that’s dumb I don’t recommend this to anyone. And I want my money back because they already charge a late fee which is crazy cause if I’m late why go up on the price? That’s very inconsiderate of what’s coming to my bank account then proceed to charge an extra $52 for a year that haven’t even came yet it’s literally only been a month and their charging me for a year where tf does that make sense ?!?! I need answer planet fitness. I’m locking all my cards, and breaking windows my next visit if I don’t get my money back
