Not sure if it needs an update but the cart is not working. Every time i go to check out or click on my cart it crashes.
App freezes
I love this app except for the fact that I deleted it, re downloaded it, and it still wont let me in. Im not able to use this app but I still think it’s pretty good.
My cart keeps freezing with the June 2026 update. Customer service says it’s a known issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but nothing works. What if you actually fixed the problem? 😱
When going to check out with my purchases the app freezes and won’t let me scroll down to review the items in my cart before
App hasn’t worked in over a week with multiple complains from customers and no fixes. Checkout pages freezes every time. Went and purchased items through Ulta whose app actually works. Do better Sephora
App freezes when going to checkout. Guess Sephora doesn’t want my money. I’ll go to Ulta instead.
