Difficult to navigate an unresponsive and slow

To hard to try and cancel a reservation. I’ve worked on this for 3 days and have gotten nowhere.

I just want to look at hotels and you scroll past two and need to become a member you can’t close the pop up you must force close the app but the same thing happens. I don’t want to become a member stop asking

I do not like this

They find the best deals no matter were am going witch I really appreciate cause I wouldn’t be able to go without there help

Just an excellent App found a lot of good offers

I booked a hotel with a King bed for July 1 about a month ago. About a week later I asked to change to two Queen beds. I called, I texted, I emailed and I have several emails stating that a rep will contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and my reservation in next week and no one has called or even tried to contact me.

I have used this app repeatedly to find hotel rooms at lower price. However, I have found that there is little to no savings using it. In several cases, I have found the prices to be a bit higher than competitive sites. This has been very disappointing, as well as a waste of time.
