8 of 25I've been trying the free version for month now and I am less than impressed. The app crashes the sync to the computer is buggy and corrupted my logbook. I am saving my cash and will continue using another program for now....
The software has a good user interface. There is room for more development.
This current iteration is a step backwards from Logten Mobile. While he may have fixed a few calculation errors, a whole new crop of GUI and usability errors have been introduced. Tsk, tsk. Like the whole trip thing, its obviously an after thought. You have to manual enter the beginning and end of a trip instead of being calculated from the legs that have already been entered. We call that double entry and a waste of time. But wait, we now have a bunch of un-needed reports and no way to export them. Not to mention you cant read most of the reports to begin with. Still no way to select and have the app calculate things such as deadhead or trip rigs, much less have d/hs factored into duty time. I can't believe he wants to charge for a app that is in early beta. If this program is aimed at professional pilots, it has a long, long way to go. Noah, listen to your customers and give them what they want and not what you want. I would also be nice if the developer(s) and programmer(s) would stop GIVING THEMSELVES 5 STARS.
The program is great but every time I get back into it it crashes when I try to enter an additional flight. I want my money back but don't know how to get it back.
I missed 5 years and 1500hrs of flight time until this app came out. Once I had a problem and submitted it to support and got a call from CEO within an hr. Smart groups make insurance forms easier than ever. Great app. Would buy again and recommend.
Outstanding program for professional pilots. HOWEVER: every update requires an additional outlay of cash. This is simply outrageous. Bug fixes, minor improvements, updates, comparability fixes all require that the user pay. I love the program but stopped updating because of their policy.
Great interface, easy to use, outstanding customer service, but still with several issues regarding sum of totals...sometimes, you need to erase and enter the same flight several times in order to make it sum correctly...fix this, once and for all, please....arthurB737....
The latest update messed up my entire logbook. It added all kinds of garbage in-between the departure and destination and is causing me to reconfigure each category for what I want to display. It has become so bogged down and cumbersome I am considering abandoning it! Please fix NOW!
