8 of 25I’ve used iScore for years and have recently synced it to SidelineHD, but on any iPhone running this version, the whole top half is cut off. Can’t see balls/strikes while scoring, the bottom right menu is completely hidden and unusable. I’ve emailed and have been told they are aware, but no fix in sight and it’s not usable for me and many others who score games. Please fix this issue soon as we are already in season. Currently using GC because the UI is so bad.
I’ve used this app for more than a decade to score high school games. Great app, except since late last week when I try to email the game sheets or team stats to the head coach (or myself), I get an error message. “Unsuccessful. Failed to send email - please try again later.” I’ve tried multiple games and multiple emails to no avail. And the link to contact support does not work either! Please address ASAP.
Overall, I like to score our softball games with this app. I do not like having to manage a new league every season and I do not like the stats of a player and how you cannot filter them. You have to go into the team stats. There is also a major issue with discovering teams, specifically for USSSA. Currently you cannot search for 2026 teams to add. Also, when you do search, it is missing certain age divisions. I have tried reaching out and get no support. The support website is a joke.

App won’t respond when I enter my Gmail address. And after purchasing 2026 rosters, they weren’t available.
Decided to try something different than GameChanger and wanted to link this app with SidelineHD but it’s unusable. The buttons are cutoff when scoring so you can’t use them all. It’s almost like it’s zoomed in.
App now crashes every time I open it. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, nothing works. The version 6 upgrade has been disastrous.
The screen is over blown on the new iPhones and is not optimized for button and font colors. The light and dark modes have font colors that disappear at times. This used to be much better.
