Better off buying the book

by Drkazu · November 1, 2010

The format is not good. It's hard to find the information and more difficult to use. They should just make it in ebook format, maybe kindle. Also it does not have everything in the book. The book has a GI section and this one only has GI bleed.

Horrible format

by Chris Strode · October 16, 2010

I love the info but the format is absolutely atrocious. I have always advocated the handbook so it was a no brained to get this app. Obviously whoever made this app has no medical experience.

To make this app a ton better - just make it exactly like the book and or the iTunes book reader. Flip from one page to the next. The iPhone screen is the same width as the book and this would take little effort. Can y'all do this please?

Poor app

Waste of money- minimal content- useless

BAD translation of a good book

by KC-DC-FC · April 27, 2012

The paper/print version is really good, so I was surprised at how useless and frustrating this app is. HORRIBLE, ILLOGICAL, FRAGMENTED LAYOUT. Very hard to find and get to the info you need. A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Has not been updated to improve these concerns that are shared by seemingly every user: they don't support this product, so neither should you.

2/2011 update- After trying very hard to use this app since it's introduction to the iphone, I can no longer recommend it. It is, quite honestly, the worst translation of text to iphone. They would have been better scanning the pages into a pdf file and selling it in the bookstore. Stay VERY far away from this app.

Buy the paper version instead.

This application lacks an enormous amount of data that is in the small paper version. It is nearly useless to me. I'm going to ask for money back.
