The application Repeatedly Fails to Open on my iPhone

Every provider should have this App. It’s one of those Apps you should be able to access.

Previously this app was 5 stars for me, but it no longer works if I am connected to my hospital’s wifi. I suspect it is because it is trying to access a URL that is blocked by the hospital, since it works fine if I use cellular or turn off both cellular and wifi. Please fix the program so that it doesn’t break when connected to a network that blocks whatever URL you are trying to access. I don’t know that I am going to renew my subscription next year if I am still having to turn off wifi to get this to work.

You can’t split screen with another app. I downloaded this to compare with Davis’s Drug Guide, and they both have the same issue. The version downloaded is also just 5 days old. How can anyone get this wrong?<br/><br/>Will give 5 stars if fixed.

Lot of time , the apps doesn’t work. I had called the phone listed , And the guy who supposed to solve your problems, and did not even know anything about “ tarascon’s pharmacopeia. Then he had to talk to his supervisor and came back apologizing for not knowing this apps, but he still can not help me .<br/>And next day , I opened up, it was working .<br/>It has been on and off kind of thing. Not reliable

I love this app. I have been using it for 20 years. I just recently changed my phone, the device on which I use this app. The font appears extremely small all of a sudden. I looked everywhere and have trouble adjusting. Please help!<br/><br/>Lillian Berdichevsky MD

After using the new feature, nothing works without force-quitting the app. I would have contacted the developer directly rather than writing a review if I had nothing else to do today but fill out the silly form that is required.
