Google should not ask to see a government issued id to use this app, that’s intrusive
This is the worst google product I have experienced to date. I don’t know what kind of service they are using to verify identification but it is horrible. I cannot get verified and there is absolutely ZERO ways to contact customer service (you know, a real person). I keep getting an error message when I try to update my name and address to resubmit. All they have is a community help forum that has the exact same information on it as everywhere else. NO HELP! the name on my ID is not the exact same name as the other document because who has their middle names on utility statements? You can have more than one legal name. The verification process needs to change.
When i click on “get started” to make a Google voice number nothing happens
So bad, worse than anything else
Why does the button to select a phone number not even work? I can’t make calls or frankly do anything on this app because of this bug blocking this crucial option.
Is there a reason why all phone calls from a single individual are displayed as one entry rather than multiple entries?
