I have used this program for several years. It has been my primary document app to use while traveling.<br/>I have been traveling for almost 2 years now, and rarely home.<br/>I had literally hundreds of hours of writing, many hundreds of documents, and some unique works of my own as well.<br/>There were two desktops synced with this ipad. One was very old and no longer used. As I’m approaching full memory, I thought it would be ok to delete the old desktop.<br/>How wrong I was. I deleted a desktop I had not used in nearly 3 years and for some unknown F’ing reason, this app deleted EVERY single file I had saved, on the other, UNRELATED, desktop!! WHAT the actual F!?!?!@?<br/><br/>The worst. To top it off, no support whatsoever.
I have used this app for many years and many different phones and it is a great app for a MS knock off. I will not use MS items since I have this one.
First I want to say I have been using D2G for many, many years and use it on a daily basis. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend it to anyone. That said, I recently downloaded this app on a new iPhone 14. When I launch it it goes to a overlay screen saying I have to purchase (or have) DTG Premium and thats as far as I can get. I used to have DTG Premium but of course that app was discontinued a couple years ago. I have not read all the information concerning this app ios app and will eventually contact support but wanted to put this out here first. <br/><br/>Thx LK
I have used this solution for a number of years. It has worked great for me. It is able to open my files regardless of the version of Microsoft Office that I am using. And I don’t need to have any add-ons to open them. <br/><br/>If I run into any challenges the tech-support is awesome. I highly recommend it.
This app used to be free. Now, in order to sync with desktop ( the raison d'etre for the app) you have to pony up $6.99. Then, in addition, if you have a password protected file, they lock until you pony up another $6.99. You can buy the premium for $16.99 and get all functionality, but they don't tell you about the add on costs of the 'free' version. Aggravating and really not worth it...not that great an app for all the glitches.
I’ve been using this app with my PC for years. I love it! The one issue that I have is that sometimes I have a problem getting it to sync with my PC. I’m not sure if it a issue with the APP or my PC. The usual fix is to restart my computer.
