8 of 25I’ve used the product for many years. In most cases the product works as expected. One area of frustration is the lack of support for the Excel “Subtotal” function. This is a very common function which allow totals to be calculated on filtered data. All the spreadsheets I have with this function are unable to be edited in the Docs to Go App.

I have used Premium with no problems for YEARS and previously LOVED it but I finally upgraded my old iPhone 7 to the new iPhone and now the app will not load even though I am using the same apple account with which I purchased it years ago, and the App Store reflects that I purchased it. Very frustrating. Please fix.
I’ve been using this app for a long time but it needs to be updated. We need to be able to at the very least highlight PDFs please.
Please add support for full screen on iPhone X and later, then it’s a 5 Star.
Great app that I’ve used for years. Never any issues.
At least 9 times out of 10 (and more like 99 out of 100) the app doesn’t sync with my cloud storage, therefore on my phone I don’t have access to up to date files. I get error messages saying unable to connect to server, make sure you have a valid internet connection. It’s extremely frustrating and the app is almost useless because of this. When it works it’s great. But it doesn’t work most of the time, even with cable broadband WiFi. Have sent a msg to the developer and am hoping they have a fix. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t make a difference.
I started with this program when I got the first Blackberry phone, and have used it ever since. I does work great within its’ limits, but two things to realize - after all these years, it still doesn’t print, and when you transfer it to programs that do print, it does not completely transfer as formatted.<br/><br/>As long as you realize those two things (not print; not completely transfer), you will not be disappointed with this program.<br/>-Larry
