I already purchased the app. The constant harrassment to buy and use Coins is unacceptable. Masters Edition and themes are one thing, but the interruption of the game for micro transactions is quite another. Solid game ruin by cash grabs. Unfortunate.
I enjoyed playing Phase 10 for several years. All of a sudden a few months ago I no longer was able to play without downloading the app which I paid $4.99 for. Now everytime I play I have to download it again and get all the coins,etc. I just want to play the old version. Wish I had not paid for this!!
But I do not like the changes, they move to fast and I mis the scoring.
The new “Better Than Ever” version, destroyed the game! The original I paid for, didn’t have coins which in the original card game doesn’t even exist. The original game miraculously allowed you to be aware of your opponents score without the dramatic score pages! I used to enjoy the game, it’s a real loser now! One star is too high a rating for what they’ve done to the game!
Updates and changes are nice but I am a bit upset that I lost the in app purchase I made to have the Masters Edition. Thanks for that!!
I like the updated graphics. I don’t like that I can’t choose my own player. Too many interruptions in the game for coins, spins, etc. I don’t like not seeing scores. I like the old style of play better
I paid for the app and no longer able to play it. Not happy.
The new scoring of the game has significantly changed play. I like the old points system. If you knew you weren’t going to make a round you would dump high cards and wilds to not take a big points hit. Now that the game isn’t scored, the strategy of the game has significantly changed and it isn’t as fun. Change it back!
