8 of 15Can’t seem to load the game in under 2mins. Gets caught up on syncing downloads and just hangs there. I can literally make a cup of tea in the time it takes to load.

I know, I haven't played the game yet but ONLY BECAUSE every time I get to the play button, IT FREEZES! I feel you should fix this. I don't know if has happened to other people or it's just me.
I absolutely love this game but the fact that it crashes so much is just inexcusable. This game has been out for so long and it's been crashing for more than 5 months. I waited about 3 updates to fix it, however, while you fix the big band ult crashing the app still crashes. I've timed the usage of how often this game crashes. This game crashes approximately every 7-18 minutes. The fact that the game crashes so often and I can't play for half an hour with out it crashing is frustrating to say the least. I'm on iOS 10.3 so after months of waiting for a patch I'm going to try and update my iOS. If that doesn't fix it I'll rate this game the least possible I can. If it does fix it I'll rate this game 5 stars cause I could actually enjoy the game. Instead of having it lag and me expecting it to crash and surprised it doesn't. If it is surprising that your game doesn't crash. You. Are. Doing. Something. Wrong. That all I hope the update works. This really is a good game but I'd like to play with out expecting a crash. Thanks for all you guys do.

Originally I would’ve given it five stars but after the recent update I’ve been getting more bugs, I never got any before but now I can’t even start up the game without it crashing or having to keep pressing play.
This game is just great, it’s so much fun when I’m bored and I’m really hoping that one day this game can have more stuff like in the pc version, but I just have one problem and that’s addressing some of the problems in prize fights. Sometimes when I’m playing a game after it’s over it tends to glitch the continue button making me restart the game all over. Another issue is playing a prize fight match with a big band, sometimes I’m fighting with the enemy’s big band and all of a sudden he gains 4 shields making him hard to even land a good hit. And my final issue is this new thing that I started seeing after the 1.6.0 update were a character gets 1 PERMANENT strength boost and heal boost and sometimes when I use the same move it triggered it (sometimes by accident) it gives him/her another one over it sometimes he can even gain up to 5 making him/her extremely strong, unbeatable and not even a single chance of winning. In the end I’m really hoping you can fix some of these issues and it will make the game even better than it is.
Ok I don’t get it. 1st it was line running the game and now it autumn whatever. Ok that’s fine, but why should we have to keep basically verifying our email when we already have accounts? Thanks to this idiotic update, I cannot get into my account now. It merged with a new profile and I have no idea how that happened. All of my theonite, money, and gold characters, all gone. This needs to be fixed and you guys need to make this less confusing. I’ve never had to verify an email with an account so many times. It should take only one time. In the end, it’s a mistake on you guy’s end
