Little Caesars Pizza

I am very disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. I placed my order online because the app only allowed me to order a thin crust pepperoni pizza, but it did not have an option to request that it be made well done or make another adjustment I wanted.<br/><br/>Right after placing my order, I called the store to make those changes. I stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes, and no one ever answered. I even had someone else call from a different phone number, and they didn’t answer that call either. By the time my order was finished, it was too late to make any changes.<br/><br/>As a result, I didn’t get the pizza the way I wanted it, and I was left frustrated. Answering the phone is a basic part of customer service, especially when customers are calling to make simple order adjustments. This experience was very unprofessional, and I was not satisfied with my order or the service I received.

There was supposed to be Garlic sauce on the crust and it wasn’t on there. Everything else was on the pizza.
