我用另一台手机微信注册的，换一台手机就不行？

After the latest update my cameras are not working. They won’t connect. Needs a fix for this asap.

Ever since the Version 8.4.1 app update … the network is unavailable. It won’t let me connect at all. Seems like it’s an ongoing issue since other people have commented on that as well. PUSH OUT ANOTHER UPDATE TO FIX THIS PLEASE!!

I’ve had this camera for years & absolutely loved it. Last year all all of a sudden, I couldn’t use it. I kept getting some kind of message about not being able to use my network. Nothing changed at all with my network & I’m able to choose between 4 and 5g for the last 4 years but yet I still can’t use this camera. Very disappointed!

Getting more ads

After last update the app is no longer working correctly. My cameras will not load on app they are now gone. My wife’s phone did not get the update and it’s still worker for her. The new update is trash! Fix it! Or revert back to previous version!
