I got this app when I got my iPad Pro gen 1 so many years ago. I understood animation through this app, and I’ve made so much money out of animating full on projects on the App. Like full music videos for real bands and educational material for companies. I really love this app.
I’m not an animator by training but wanted some animated scenes for a video or two I was making and with RoughAnimator was able to get some really great bits with practice.

Rough Animator is the only app I’ve been able to figure out for making short videos and GIFs. I like Procreate for drawing my silly dino “art” but can only manage their animation app in my dreams (sorry),
this is the best app I ever seen! No layer limit make some animators won’t suffer very much! And it won’t lag our device as much as we added more frames in 5k frame rate!
This program totally changed my storytelling after 30 years of professional filmmaking. If you can make a flip book as a kid scribbling in the back of class at grade school, you can use rough animator. Just how far you take the storytelling, and how complex the animation is up to you, but the app can take you everywhere. Thank you, Jacob.
