Avoid this game. They’re just thieves who take your money then don’t give you what you paid for and then say there’s nothing they can do about it. AVOID!!
Negative 10 if possible the game is set up to where if you don’t spend money you have no chance to EVER beat the players that do and they put you all together no buffs in place to not lose everything every time you are attacked. And no cap on attacking in a day to a single player. Horrible game!!
Support continues to be unhelpful, even after I provided all the requested proof. Unfortunately, some things never change with this game—from the bot farms to inconsistent support, to the ongoing favoritism toward Chinese players. The price disparity between regions is also unacceptable; Chinese players consistently receive cheaper pack prices compared to what American players are charged. If I can save other players any time or money, my honest advice is this: skip this game and play something more free-to-play friendly, like Game of War. For iOS players especially, I strongly recommend always using a screen recorder when logging in, collecting rewards, or making any purchases. Too often, rewards you rightfully earned or purchased will simply not show up in your inventory. They also won’t appear on receipts or in any after-action messages that could serve as proof. This has been a known issue since at least 2017, and yet support still pushes the blame back onto players instead of fixing their broken systems. The app is clearly not optimized, and when customers raise valid concerns, reviews mysteriously get deleted. This is now my second attempt at leaving honest feedback to the developer. The only way to make things right in my situation is to restore my P6 account. You have full records of every account’s activity from the start of the game until now—so don’t pretend otherwise. Some of us work in tech and own apps ourselves, and we know exactly how this should work. It’s beyond disappointing to see such a lack of accountability from a company running a game so many people have invested their time and money into.
Muy malo el juego, no lo descarguen, todas las promociones de paquetes de recarga para los chinos tienen mucho descuentos, para los demás países es costoso, es un juego solo para chinos, cuando yo gasto 100$ un chino gasta 20$ y es incómodo porque nunca llegas a ser fuerte más que solo los chinos . The issue for many year playing it for 7+ years is that you need lots of money to grow for international players, Chinese players get a lot of stuff free and some 1/3 the cost we have to play! The Chinese players are monster and grow faster, they put kingdoms all together which makes game play uneven and difficult! It’s NOT A FAIR game, it’s only to steal your money!
