My sincere thanks to the support team. They are always sorting out my little (and sometimes self-inflicted) problems. I have been playing for over 7 years in a great guild. Hope to make this 7 more. The game is fun with many facets to keep it from becoming boring.

This game has gotten so boring. Why are there no more challenges in the game except for the haunted lights which are impossible to beat? I would and have spent money on this game but there is nothing to do

我用邮箱登录，进去后是我原本的游戏账号，但是总是让我跳转到另外一个新的游戏账号里面，我不知道是因为什么，又不能注销新账户😭

I might play more often if it didn’t take me a full 60-90 seconds to get through all the pop-up offers for me to spend money. Show me the paid options on the Home Screen of the app. I don’t log in to get ads, I log in to play. Make it easier to do both.

The game was great until the last update and now it won’t load. I even deleted it and loaded it again and it still won’t load.

I really like playing this game but for the past 2 days i have not been able to open the app…its not going beyond a certain loading point. Please fix it!

This game is actually one of my favorites. It’s so beautifully illustrated and calming to play. However, over the years, the prices have drastically gone up and it’s nearly impossible to play the event location unless you play all day and really grind to get event passes . Some people have jobs and can’t simply play all day. There was a time when rubies and event passes were reasonably priced I’ve been playing for 13 years and can’t believe how bad the prices have gone up it makes me sad but I can’t continue playing this game and shame on you for drastically increasing your prices up like this. Why are you making this so unaffordable ? 30 dollars for event passes.

꼭 한번씩은 찾아야하는 그림이 확대를 맥시멈으로 해도 없고 결국 1차 실패 2차나 3차에 나타남. 아니면 그림들을 개미 눈꼽만하게 그려놓음. ㅎㅎㅎ 하긴 운전수 맘대로라는 말도 있으니까….. 그것도 하나의 능력(실력— 노하우?)가 될수도??????
