By far the trashiest app of nearly any corporation. Constant bugs, glitches, wrong codes given, all because they’re trying to be too fancy with the app before making it even functional. Makes sense when you see who runs the company though

I get enough points for a vanilla ice cream and it took my mcpoints and didn’t give me a mccode how do I avenge myself for this atrocity commuted today

I use the app to order ahead of time, but I still have to wait for 20 minutes when I’m at the store. I don’t understand what the point of pre-ordering my food is if I’m still just gonna have to sit here. And there’s literally no one in the store or in line. I am the only customer and it’s taking 20+ minutes.

Never loads, always signs you out, freezes randomly, loading screens can last anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 whole minutes, the deals are buggy, and they just raised the point system by like 500pts for everything. If this wasn’t the BUGGIEST fast food app on the App Store I could look past the other things but for a multi BILLION dollar company and arguably the biggest fast food company in the world this app is below the barrel in terms of usability and overall function.

It’s faster to just drive through. It takes forever for them to bring food out if you order in app. Also, very unintuitive.
