8 of 15Please fix your app. In Memphis I can barely use it. It doesn’t load up in some areas and I have to drive off.
The app constantly says I’m miles away from the location, it doesn’t matter which location, it happens every single time, when I’m literally sitting in the stall.
I ordered 2 drinks using the app.<br/>Lemonade Cream Slush and a diet Strawberry Limeaid with extra strawberries. Service was good. I couldn’t give them 5 stars because they didn’t put in the extra strawberries. Since they charge extra for them, it’s a big deal.
I ordered the sonic special at 6:00pm on Monday in Newbern, Tennessee. I arrived at 6:04, alerted the app I had arrived in stall 12 but didn’t receive my order until 6:13pm. Food was great, but wait time was too long for using the app.
I like the deals and that they’ve added rewards. The only downside is that I always have to order in person since there isn’t an option to add sweet tea to slushes and that’s my go-to order (Peach slushy w/ sweet tea & lemon wedge). And even when I order in person, they’ll enter it in wrong and I still can’t get the drink I want (which is why I prefer ordering through the app).
The past 4 months I haven’t been able to use the app because of technical difficulties
When using the reward for half price drink, the selection menu not in order by drink size or by drink name. So you have to scroll through a random list of drink select to try to find what you’re looking for. There’s no rhyme or reason to the order.
Really surprised to see all these positive reviews, this is the glitchiest, worst app I’ve ever used. The rewards are never auto applied, it overcharges often, and it’s difficult to navigate. I wish I could give zero stars.
