Sell on Etsy

See THIS app (the Etsy seller app) WITH THE HIGHER RATING, why have you discontinued it? Why do we have to use the 2-star app instead? It was a very poor decision to choose that app over this one! I can’t even login to that crappy app. PLEASE BRING THIS APP BACK!

Even though sellers create all of the revenue etsy sees , they bend over backwards to avoid talking directly to us. The system by which they “investigate” suspect logins or other activity is just locking you out so they can “investigate” at their leisure. There’s no telling if or when they’ll reinstate you and until that point there are no customer service channels that you can work with. They have no sense of loyalty to even the most longstanding seller. People rely on these shops for income and etsy will routinely and without warning rip their services out from under sellers. Again, if you get locked from your account there’s no way to call anyone, the live chat is unhelpful , and there’s no response for any other avenues. It’s honestly shocking how tight a lid they keep on any phone number to call for help. They’re not a serious business and they CANNOT be relied upon. I’d recommend using etsy to build and audience then transfer all sales to something professional and reliable like shopify.

For one thing, I tried to reach out because it’s saying the app isn’t available and no response and it keeps on saying that I need to get the latest Version and I did already so yeah this is a terrible app

Just downloaded the app and it won’t allow me to even get past the log in screen. My regular Etsy app works great. This one says it needs updated or to just use the browser which had I wanted to do that I wouldn’t need the app in the first place. Disappointing.

Even though my app is up to date, every time I try to sign in, it tells me I need the latest version. I have given up on it and I just use the website on my laptop.
