8 of 15We could not pay the bill for a couple of months while we were out of the country because we were not getting the codes very frustrating. We had a very large bill while we were in Greece in the fall of last year and was told to switch off all cellular to save this happening again, I think we will have to look at changing our cellular provider as we travel a lot and like to pay our bills on time.
Overcharges every month and nightmare to talk to customer support

It will appear to me that this business prefers late payment because of penalties. I have tried so many times to pay on due date. But the pay bill isn’t highlighted till it is overdue. Perhaps a business model of the enterprise. If this persists I shall cancel my subscription with good reasons.
We been getting a message saying we have 6 devices connected. We have 3 TV which each have a fire stick but all on same account. So we have only 3 devices really. We did not get the Firestick we were told you had mailed. You did send a firestick lite by courier after two weeks. So we purchased two from Amazon so our 3 TVs would work. We are not using more than that although I think my wife had downloaded the app for her IPad. She turns off one of TVs when she uses IPad. I don’t have app on my IPad due to its age.
