Same text problem as others

by Nax112 · March 9, 2015

I play on an ipad3 and have the same problem as others were instead of seeing actual game text I will see something like "tooltip_1". This greatly affects my ability to know what equipment to buy because I can't read a description if the items stats. For now, I have to give it a one star but will change it if/when they patch the game.

How to solve the bug

To solve the text bug, just go to "config" (the icon on the top right) and change the language back and forth. This will solve it (you'll need to do this every time you enter the game).

I wouldn't buy it.

The game starts promising, but bogs down quickly. The wrong set of upgrades can stall progress, and with minimal rewards for replaying older levels this can get aggravating. Enemy targeting does not always show which hero is, in fact, being targeted, and the fact that enemy pathways can on some levels change based on both doors and traps can lead to unexpected losses. Enemies that avoid both doors and traps can and will ruin your day, especially when they spawn from new portals midway through the level. Worse, the difficulty becomes trivial if you simply purchase the most powerful equipment for your heros; this is only made worse later on, when enemies that spawn enemies spawn them just enough off path that they avoid traps.
Overall, the game wants to blend RPG and turrets, but places far to much emphasis on the heros; if you want to play a tower defense game go elsewhere, and of you want to control a party of fighters try something that gives you more control over targeting.
To conclude, the game was entertaining for the first few levels, but is not worth spending money on.

Text Bug Issue

by Mrbiggstuff99 · March 12, 2015

Was enjoying game until text bug others have reported kicked in. It happened out of no where but has continued for past few days. Once fixed I will continue to play.
