Please whenever I open the app and try to select a mission the game freezes and won’t let me click anywhere please fix it I love this game

When in the game and downloading new regions and game maps, it will not update which is weird because I have plenty of space on my phone
I enjoy the game but now I get "client syncing with server". I see others complaining about this all. I clicked on app support and it goes to a broken page. So I'm guessing it's dead now?
Always been one of the best sniper shooters game so it gets 5 stars from my behalf…..
Immediately upon playing this game, there is a basic short tutorial on aiming. The first target, has the crosshairs auto locked on his head and so he goes down. The next target has the crosshairs placed by the player (me). I placed them on the targets chest and upon impact during the slow motion animation, his chest exploded…and it was an accurate placement of the crosshairs.
You’re one of the best games ever I like it five stars
