Been using it for years. Then i get a new phone and move the app over. Now i cant log in and the developer is mia. Years of financial records are gone. And boy do i feel stupid.
Same problem again!<br/>Lost years of info because of bad sync between iphone and ipad! Had to make a new account to make it work. Should have different currencies with currency exchage. With this 2 problems addresed, could be the best finance app!
Tried to login my account on new phone. Keep showing not recognize my email which shows on my old phone. I start using it from 2015 and now years transactions gone! Don’t paid for this app.
Can not use it in your next device, when you log out you can not login anymore even if you have already paid for App
Just upgraded to a new phone… all my records GONE!! <br/><br/>No help from developer! Sad.
I don’t get how an app will send me push notifications and not let me login/make an account. Tried numerous times to make an account, login with Facebook, etc… and yet nothing but error messages. Not a good purchase.
I have been using this app for 4+ years today i log out my account and try logging back in and I am not getting through. Could someone tell me how to tell with this? I just don’t believe i lost all my data
