8 of 15Worst flight experience. A rowdy corral as you board. App takes you to a website for everything, including check in - so it’s technically not “in app”. You get what you pay for. PISS POOR experience.
When I choose my flight within the app, the Starter Plus will be automatically added, and it says “if you wish to change it, you can click on the Change Fare button.”, but when I click on it, it leads me to an empty page with zero option to choose from. Not like the web version where you can choose to opt in or out the Starter Plus. Side note: the website also sucks! It constantly gives me error messages when browsing through different dates, every time I change the date, it would ask me to validate myself, and then an error message will pop up and then I’ll need to start over again. Extremely frustrating! Whoever did the QA of the app and the website needs to be fired for real.
Jetstar should have a route map available for customers. This searching never ends.<br/><br/>Your website is very well done but a route map would be a great help to travelers considering East Asia and beyond.<br/><br/>Where do you fly? Where don’t you fly? Checked with them before headed through security for my carryon being heavy, upgraded to 14kg they checked it and said it was good dimensions wise. Went through to get the tag on my carryon and after they pulled out the tape measure and said I was 1cm over and refused to work with me claiming I was out of the money I just spent upgrading. The bag fit perfectly in their check basket. They were just unwilling to believe the luggage compresses. They then told me I could check the bag but had to pay for more checked weight!
Every time I clicked a trip on my trip tab the app would said “Something has gone wrong. Refresh”. Tried multiple times and each time it has the same error message. It is really embarrassing to put out an app that doesn’t work like Cebu Pacific.
This airline’s website and phone app are both completely not working….its 2025 yall…..get your stuff together
Really unimpressed. The jetstar gate agent would not let me have an electric toothbrush in my checked bag. Because it had a battery in it. She just had to exert every little bit of power she could. Makes me hate everything about this airline.
Absolutely garbage airline! Do not fly if you want to make to your flight and have a right to use a bathroom
