8 of 15This has to be the worst app ever made… When trying to complete my training modules, the app closes, and I have to refresh the Schoox launch page to get back to the correct part. Then it tells<br/>me that my passwords are incorrect… So I try to rest it on my last attempt. They send me a reset code I input it… Now i’m locked out of my account for 30 minutes…
Restaurant General Manager here. This app takes a very long time to load, and when it does, it isn’t user friendly at all. If you want to look up what courses team members have to complete, you have to look it up by the course, not by the employee. I have no idea why it’s so needlessly complicated. If I could get my employer to switch to a different training platform, I would.
This app could be simplified so much, you have to run around in circles to get someone signed up for class or find documents you need.
It gives trouble to reset my account’s password. Instead of giving me temporary password it sends<br/><br/>{Your Attention Please!<br/><br/>A password reset email containing further instructions will be sent if the email address submitted is on record for a unique user}<br/><br/>after that there is no way to go forward! 🤯

I had to download this app for my classes online for work and out of the blue after completing a few courses, the app starts crashing. It’s a wonderful app and very knowledgeable when it comes down to knowing about important topics involving work, but i really want to complete my classes without the app crashing every 3 courses that are completed. Perhaps an update may help? 😭
I use this app at my current workspace. Only giving 3 stars because I dread getting more Schoox assessments.
