Ordered and paid via card and got cancelled right away by the restaurant and didn’t get a refund. Foodpanda gave me a run around saying only restaurant could return me my money and vice Versa. Would never order from food panda again and would advise people the same. Call the restaurant directly or use their own app.
I have contacted to this app agent 3 times already and they always said I have to wait for 3-5 days for my refund since 3 June 2026 until now I haven’t received my refund

The app covers all the information about your order with ads. What good is tracking your order if you won’t allow the user to see? Real jerks the deal with.
